Meh. Still not impressed with this. Again, too much is happening, without taking the time to focus on one thing at a time and maybe give it some depth that way. No matter in which situation the characters were, I was like, well, whatever, theres probably going to happen another thing in a few pages and this will be forgotten so why bother caring about what is happening right now. Also, in this volume Kagome is stating the obvious like a champion (hi, new shelf!), which was funny but still not anything that kept me interested in anything that was happening because duh, it was just LE STOOPID. And by the way, am I supposed to find any of the villains scary? Theyre both quite ridiculous with all their talk about what theyre gonna do and then they either dont do it or do it and fail.

Staying optimistic is not something Im good at, so to be honest, I dont see myself enjoying the next few volumes more. Especially if it continues like this. Ill still read them because I have them here but if it doesnt get better after 6 volumes, Im le done with you, Inu Yasha.
