James and the Giant Peach by Hal Leonard Publishing Company

James and the Giant Peach Book Review
By Ria Shah

James and the Giant Peach is a great book for kids by Roald Dahl. James and the Giant Peach is a book about a boy named James who lives a terrible life with his two aunts since his parents got eaten while shopping in London by a giant rhinoceros. After James’s parents got eaten up he had to go live with his two mean, selfish, and lazy aunts named aunt Spiker and aunt Sponge. James is a sad and lonely boy until he gets these green magical things from an old man and suddenly everything changes. What will happen when James gets the green magical things? Read the book to find out!

This book made me feel entertained because of all the adventurous things James did. I liked the part when James has to escape the cloud men. I liked the whole book because it was all entertaining and fun to read. This book made me want to read more books by Roald Dahl.

I think the audience will really enjoy this book especially kids, because book is fun to read on every single part. At some points the reader will be excited to see what will happen next and also I think they will want to read more of Roald Dahl’s books.

I think this book is an important part of my hero’s journey because it gives me a book that I like to read and also makes me want to read more of Roald Dahl’s books because Roald Dahl is a good author.

On the way back to the house James spills it onto a peach tree, which grows a peach to a giant size. 1. Life is the pits for the young English orphan until he finds a secret entryway into an enormous peach that takes him and a newfound family of human-sized insects—Centipede, Earthworm, Ladybug, Glowworm, Grasshopper, and Miss Spider—on a fabulous, adventure-filled journey.
