The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Soundtrack - 18. Samwise The Brave

MEMORABLE MOMENTS: Samís Speech in The Two Towers

One of my favorite moments in entire Lord of the Rings trilogy is that moment in The Two Towers where Samwise Gamgee delivered that epically moving speech. Sam was the emotional core of this epic journey as he helped carry Frodo to and across the finish line. He was the true champion of this story and that inspirational speech of hope that he delivered at the end of The Two Towers was incredible and sent chills down my spine. It's hard to imagine the film without this moment, but it wasn't originally included in the script! This speech almost didn't make it into the film!

The entire battle lasts about forty five minutes and it is undeniably spectacular. The Two Towers has, up until this point, been a story of three parts. These parts have all been strictly separate up until the end of the movie. Merry, Pippin and Treebeard, along with all his friends, are raising merry hell in Isengard as a horrified Saruman watches from his tower. Frodo, the ones that really mattered. How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? Even darkness must pass.

Sometimes it helps to talk with someone experienced at working with people getting started in voice-over. We're always glad to share our knowledge with you! This class is geared towards newcomers, who are unsure how they fit in, who need to learn about all opportunities and determine if they have potential. Terrific for anyone with a unique voice, previous training, or specific goals. Sam : I know.
