I thoroughly enjoyed the information. That was given in this book. Lots of good ideas in dealing with people that just want to make your life miserable, due to the things in the past and the guilts, pain, sorrow and sometimes the feelings of inadequacies you feel in your self. I would suggest everyone reading this book. Everyone has at least one person they deal with daily that some of the ideas written in here may help with.
